The room was very clean and the housekeeping service was prompt. the breakfast and dinner were amazing, with courteous, joyful, and very caring staff that made me feel like a VIP. There was a girl from Nepal in the staff who impressed me with her care and kindness. the hotel is strategically located, making it easy to access the nearest beach and other local attractions.
The security guards outside the hotel door were not as friendly and helpful as I would have liked. They stayed on their phone and didn't even bother to open the door or say hello.

Had an overall pleasant and comfortable experience during my Christmas stay. The hotel's location was superb, offering easy access to key tourist spots. Room service was great, and the food served during breakfast and dinner was amazing.
There were a few drawbacks. The light switches in the room were confusing and not properly labeled, and two-way switches didn't function properly.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was courteous, joyful, and helpful. They provided VIP treatment and were always attentive, especially one girl from Nepal who was caring and nice. The room was clean and the room service was prompt. the stay was amazing and comfortable.
